The China pandemic became a global pandemic because of W.H.O.(#Coronavirus).


When the corona virus was erupted in Wuhan (China) in December 2019, Taiwan was warned to W.H.O, this virus would transmit human to human and it was a very deadly virus. But W.H.O didn't care Taiwan statement and even W.H.O chief made a statement on 3rd February 2020 no need ban on international travelling and trade, there was no need for measures that “unnecessarily interfere with international travel and trade” (https://www.reuters.com/article/us-china-health-who/who-chief-says-widespread-travel-bans-not-needed-to-beat-china-virus-idUSKBN1ZX1H3).
This was very pathetic and a large scale of medical negligence and unprincipled. W. H. O made every one victim of this pandemic on the entire globe, poor to rich and rich to poor. When W.H.O knows this virus became a human to human transmit and it was a very deadly virus and there is no medicine to this virus. This kind of situation W.H.O must act very responsibly and cautiously manner. And it should give instructions in January itself all international travel and trade ban at least three months and all international airports should be close down. At present entire globe in a mess and everyone is panic and pathetic situation.
Is this a Biological warfare : a lot of conspiracy theories are coming down now, I am not going to look at these theories but if this virus made by human. We must punish whoever cause to this virus.
On the other hand, this virus breakout from Wuhan(China) food market by animals to human. China should ban meet (which animal cause to this virus) and make meet markets very hygienic conditions
