This is a great thing in the world, David Cameron  initiation to this organization, it helps the world and it makes the safety of the future generation. Every corner of the globe covid-19(Wuhan virus) affected everyone in economically and some people health also deteriorated and some deceased throughout the globe.
The World faced two world wars and viruses suchlike Spanish flu, Ebola, etc., but these things could not be much impacted the entire globe like covid-19 (Wuhan Virus) affected the whole world. At present, we are going to the post global pandemic stage, John Dewey always says human destiny is a feature not the past, but from the past, we could learn what we should do what we should not do.

At present, World needs new prevention mechanism for effective control on the origin of the virus or source place and prevents the virus for not spreading into other parts of the world. This is very clear the system failed to preventing covid-19(Wuhan Virus). A new system should be well- organized and very independent organization. This organization must have immunity to  enter any country, whether the Democratic or the Totalitarian country  to prevent virus in the origin place itself and stop  the spread of the  other parts of the world. In case,  any country is not willing to support this organization, General assembly (the United Nations Organization)  can take action on this country. Otherwise, another global pandemic repeat this like, it will lead all countries isolated from the globe.
